Scifi.com Bboard hacked

I'm a member of this forum, and it just recently got under attack from some kinda spammer/hacker, I honestly don't know what to think of it myself. It seems like the hacker gained the option to sticky vulgar inappropriate posts on every board. I was giving you guys a heads up, incase this is something new.

Plus I'm interested if there's an expert here that can make sense of this disaster?

Haven't seen a UBB board for a while.

vBulletin (this board) is pretty secure and MishY has just upgraded to the latest version.

UBB boards kinda suck security wise, and if the admin of tha board didn't patch he just makes a kiddies job easier. However if the admin still has control of the admin cpannle they should at least be able to get the persons ip and such to report it or maybe ban a block of ip's
