One of the big socio-economic issue in the UK at the moment is youngsters binge-drinking.
Apart from having hoardes of young muppetts barfing all over town and wanting to fight you each night, there is a quite horrific rise in booze related illnesses, including schlerossis of the liver (apols for spelling), not to mention Accident and Emergency units looking like downtown Beirut every Thurs/Fri/Sat night.
Charlotte Church, fond of getting wrecked on vodka etc in night clubs, recently had a big hit with "Crazy Chick".
