iTrouble

Hi everyone,
This is sort of mac related. You see, I recently got iTunes and am having some problems. When i downloaded it, it started right away importing my songs into itself. But later when i shut down iTunes, it stopped importing. I can't figure out how to get the rest of my songs in there. I tried changing the extention of my music files, i tried putting them into the iTunes folder, I can't figure it out. PLEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAASE help!

thanks,
Steve Jobs

Changing the extension does not change the file format.
