Startup Resource Manager

I keep getting this message everytime I turn on my computer;
"Your computer has started with less than 65% system resources free( 57% free)".
What do I do to get more system resouces in Windows ME?

First I would scan for spyware or viruses that may have infected your computer and eaten up resources.

Remove unnecessary programs from your start-up list (using msconfig).

How much memory are you running?
