Test Page for Apache

Someone, please help me. I'm semi-literate regarding my computer, but I can't seem to get this Apache Test Page to go away and nobody wants to help me. I don't remember installing the Apache Server software, but from what I can tell, my address bar is consistently directed to "http://69.50.191.50/" and the Apache Test Page comes up instead of the page I wanted. Then it mocks me by saying "Seeing this page instead of the one you wanted?" Anyone?

I don't think you did download apache server because this ip address isn't yours so this isn't being served from your computer. It seems from what you are saying that your browser is being hijacked and redirected to that address. When you first launch your browser does it go right to that address? You may want to make a post in the Cyber Safety forum here at CTH and see what the experts say.
