[Pi rules]

Hi everybody!
I just wanted to take a poll of which browser everyone is using and different opinions on which browser is best.
I personally have (or had on my old hard drive) IE 6, Firefox, Netscape, and Opera.

Firefox and barring a complete miracle (and it would need to be one) I will not be returning to IE for IE7.

Opera for most everything; Slimbrowser for those site that HAVE to use IE.

I use slim, opera, IE, I use opera on frequent sites, Slim on experimental sites, and IE I use for just light using. Gonna try out Firefox see how it goes...

That's what I mostly do. I just use IE for Windows Update and other sites requiring ActiveX.

Everyone makes spelling errors sometimes. He knows that he meant "Pi is a good thing", but others don't due to a possible spelling mistake.

I use it too, although I use Firefox the most.

PS: Who uses IE 7 as their main browser? Just curious.

IE6 don't need no tabs, I have hyper-quick.

I never used tabs until Firefox. Now I need them! I hate using Alt+Tab to navigate to a different window (which is a waste of memory). Look at these tabs (the second site (along with CTH) is awesome).

I've tried, and hated:

Internet Explorer
Slimbrowser
Crazy Browser
Neoplanet

Tried and found okay:

Firefox
Opera
Safari (on my mac)
Netscape
Wiccio (sp?)

Right now I use netscape/opera. Once I clear out my virus, I'll by wiccio since its a rather nice browser IMO.

Also, I'd tried avant and loved it. But then I accidently set it to fullscreen, and for some reason, I can't set it back to regular view.

I use Firefox, and love it!!!!

I only use IE when I have to.

I've tried Avant and liked it, except for the ActiveX/COM issues (CCLeaner found em).

I like the speed of Opera, just those stupid ads above the address bar, and no I ain't gonna pay for Opera :rolleyes: I'm perfectly happy with Firefox :michaelan

I just legally got Opera for free a while ago for their 10th anniversary or something. Thanks Dodge for pointing that out!
