We love our Internet in Canada.
They say in 3 years ¾ of Canada will be able to access the wireless ISP.

I was talking about doing that with some colleagues when wireless went to 802.11b.
I said we aught to do it. The only thing we were missin', we figured, was the 1.5 billion
it would take to set it up.
In the future cables for everything will be like running oil lamps for lighting, old technology.
Nikola Tesla was able to throw power into the air (wireless) way back in the early 1900's.
If they ever let those patents out of the US patent office (they seem to have disappeared)
we can stop plugging things in.

One of my friends and I were thinking about how to do that a few years ago. However, we didn't get very far with no budget at all.

I know about the guy, just wasn't sure if he invented something called the Tesla Fiber. I think it's the thing you see in todays lightbulbs. Hard to remember, science class was quite some time ago.

More famous for the Tesla Coil and the Tesla Plate. 2 true marvels of physics magic that he discovered.
Whacky deewd but no one ever like him before or since. The more you read on
Tesla the more amazed you become at what he was doing so long ago.
On the Adams Family Uncle Fester put a light bulb in his mouth and it lit.
IRL Tesla actually did it, a light tube with no physical connections lit up
in his hand. He was always freakin' ppl out.
