I just made a Windows Me starup disk & do not know how to use it. I need to use it to restore my system restore. I need step by step instructions.

Hello pcwebber and welcome!
Reboot your computer with the floppy inserted into the floppy drive.
When your computer starts, it will detect the floppy and attempt to boot off it.
Your computer will start in DOS mode and allow you to access your files and data.
Remember, though, to remove this floppy when you want your computer to boot up normally.
