Party Popper effect

Can anyone tell me where to find a party popper effect similar to the one found in the 'Winks' on MSN 7. I'd like to use it for a "Happy Birthday" web page. Ideally I'd like to use the one in MSN 7 - however I'm not too sure how to or whether its ethical just to copy it if I were able to.

Any advice or info gratefully received

Winks as in the flash ones that come out of the messenger window? eg. the default one such as the guy throwing a water ballon

Yep thats the type of thing I'm after - except theres one thats a "Party Popper" that emits streamers (A bit like the ones you'd let off on New Years Eve). Thats the effect i'm after . . .

I have a million programs and extentions and tubes and such for them I was looking the other day but got distracted. To get that particular one you'd need to save the file as well as get the .swf to be able to post it ona site so I don't think that will happen unless MSN gives it to you. There are programs out there that can "borrow" the files but I have never tried getting one from msn. I will keep looking through my stuff ans see if I can find one.

It's very much appreciated - I've searched through as many of the sites that I can find i.e flashkit.com but theres nothing there. I wait with baited breath . .lol :rotflmao:
