Hurricane Season

Hurricane Rita now charting across the Gulf......again.
Man, November 30 still looks a long way off.
Someone or something has really PO'd Mother Nature in last couple of years.
She is fighting back with all the fury no human could possible muster.
Mother Nature, "What can we do to stop the insanity?"
We could sure use some down time to recuperate.
Pensacola, Fl 2004-2005 seasons.

Rita now a cat 5 b-i-t-c-h. Texas evacuees now being evacuated again.
Will it end?
The Gulf Coast has had 18 days straight days of over 90-95 degree heat.
The good (?) thing is the high pressure is keeping Rita in south Gulf. Not good for Texas but Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida need a break.
As with all hurricanes it's completely unpredictable. It may right turn to north and finish off what Katrina didn't. Nothing surprises me anymore.
Stay safe all.
