Log Off name

Hi All:
When I start up my computer and I click on "Start" Above Shut down is Log Off box, Can someone tell me how to change the name in the log off box or remove the log off box?

The easiest way to remove it from the start menu is to download to XP SMLogoff.exe (http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_startmenu_logoff.htm) and run it. It's what I use and it has worked every time.
