How do I insert a music clip on my computer into a thread on a Forum?

I am trying to insert a music clip from my computer into a thread. How would I go about doing this? I am using a phpBB Forum by the way.

You would have to upload the clip to webspace or an online resource.
Do you have space where you can upload webpages or files?

I have a photobucket account to upload photo files, But that's about it

You would need a system that supports media/video files. You could look around for free/cheap hosting.

Most free hosting has restrictions on video content.

You could get budget hosting http://34sp.com

or mayby try a system like Yahoo Breiefcase

Ya yahoo briefcase has a 5.0 mb limit and my sound file is 5.49 mb. Is there any free ones that give u at least 6 mb's?

I don't know of any. I could only recommend googling.

A budget host may do you better

Wow I found a site that gives you 60MB's and you dont even have to register to the site, www.savefile.com (http://www.savefile.com) there is also www.putfile.com (http://www.putfile.com) it doesnt say there is a limit.

K so now I have the file uploaded now what would I have to do to make it playable in a forum? Without having to make the people download it.

To have it play automatically it would have to be hosted and embedded into a webpage.

You cannot do this with a forum.
