Runtime Error!

Hello all, hope you can help me. When I connect to the Internet I get a runtime error
Program C:\program files\peoplepc\ISP6130\Browser\Bartshel.exe
abnormal program error

I'm not sure what this means or how to deal with it.

My operating system is windows me.

Do you have (or had) PeoplePC for your internet service? Or download a browser toolbar called People Pal?

I've had peoplepc ever since I've had this computer. I don't know anything about People Pal tool bar :confused: .

The Bartshel.exe file is part of the PeoplePC package. You should contact your ISP to get advice on the error. There are references to solving problems like yours involving corrupted internet access programs, but PeoplePC would be the one to first check with. Afterwards, post back here with your progress.
