Windown installer error when installing Java

When trying to install Java I am getting this error:

The installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package still exists and is accessible, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package.

Any Ideas on how to fix this???

Don't know if you've been to the Java help page, but here's something from their site that might be helpful.
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/5000040100.xml
If the above doesn't help this utility from MS might do the trick.
