Hi
Is it possible to have multiple passwords for one account in either 2000 or 2003 server? The user would then be able to log in with his password and the administrator could use an administrator password to log in with that user account.
This would come in handy if you want to install or configure something (e.g. outlook 2003, add network printers,...) for that user, as you don't allways know the password of the user.

If I read that correctly, no. One account = one password.
This would come in handy if you want to install or configure something (e.g. outlook 2003, add network printers,...) for that user, as you don't allways know the password of the user.
You shouldn't need any access as a particular user unless your doing some kind of troubleshooting,
ideally that user, and the others, would be in a group and as admin your Office install/configs would
just be handled as admin.
Mandatory logon scripts are another way to install and config but they can be more difficult to setup.

Thanks for your reply! I just wanted to know if it was possible or not, now I know...
When you want to add a printer for example you have to be logged in as the user. If you log in as superuser or local admin and then add the printer, the user won't see the printer with his account.
A login script won't work because we have lots of users and they all use diffirent printers.
I wanted to solve this problem, but it seems now that it's not possible.

What you need is to hire a certified system administrator. They wouldn't have those
problems your having and you'd get your printers added via a logon script.
