While trying to convert an RMVB file to an AVI file I get the following:
The procedure entry point Get User ID could not be located in the Dynamic Link Library Kernal 32.dll.
Can someone please explain this, and how the problem might be fixed?

It seems like this is a bug or error with the application, rather than something you can fix. You might have to download the latest version of WinAVI.
