Does anyone know how to install ESS on my Me computer? Their latest ES software doesn't seem to be compatible. I have been trying for a week to install it on my computer from their free direct link and had no success.
I have contacted Kodak on four occasions but everything they tell me to do does not solve the problem. I think they are oblivious of the problem. My son suggested I get a new Dell computer with XP. I shortly may take his advice!

Try temporarily disabling your firewall/pop up blocker stuff.

Have you had a previous version installed on your computer? That may be hanging things up. Go to www.kodak.com and download their removal utility.
I did and it worked for me.
