USB 6 in 1 card reader

I just got a card reader 6 in 1, no name on the card reader and I'm trying to download some pictures from my memory card, the card reader doesn't work and says I need a driver. Can you walk me through this on how I would get one when I dont' know the name of the reader.
I have windows 98 and don't know much about computers, thanks.

Your reader should have came with a disk or CD with the drivers on it. Without knowing what kind it is, it's hard to find a driver.
