NAV and McAfee

I have had NAV since 2002 and keep up the subscription. I bought a new Dell, which came with some McAfee utilities. I uninstalled the McAfee anitvirus and installed the NAV, but still running on the system is McAfee Personal Firewall Plus. Are there any issues regarding running these two programs? I can't keep the NAV auto-protect feature enabled, and wonder if it is being affected by the McAfee product in some way??

Uninstall Mcafee Firewall and see if NAV auto-protect then works as it should. If it does, there's your answer.

Go to Add/remove programs and remove McAfee. I do believe that they conflict with each other. NAV is better in my opinion anyway. Peace
