Windows 98 SE Can't chage screen resolution!
HI
Running Window 98 SE on a Compaq Deskpro with a Compaq v55 monitor. All updates have been done on both Windows and the drivers. Whenever a browser (Explorer 6) is opened, the text and images are too large for the full window. Tried to download Netscape to see if that was true there as well. Netscape told me it needed the screen resolution changed. Opened control panels...display...settings The slider is set to 640 x 480. It will not move. I cannot change it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. NDDonna |
