I Just Downloaded A Bootup Disk From Bootdisk.com For Windows 98se Hou Do I Go About Using The Disk I Have A Blank Hard Drive And 98se Operating Disk

Welcome to CTH.

I hope I don't misunderstand you. How to create the boot disk is to download the self-extracting file onto your computer first. Then insert a blank floppy disk and run the file.

Feel free to post back for more, but, if you're trying to install Windows 98 you should create a thread in the Windows 98 forum.
