hi - my msn messenger webcam works for all contacts except for one - and her webcam works for all other contacts except for me

what can be the problem?

Have you blocked this persons contact ID by any chance???

Try re - inviting them to sign up to your address.

Do you have a firewall enabled? Sometimes the way firewalls work is, if only one person has one blocking connections, but not the other person, the connection will work, but if both people have one, it won't work at all. This may be what's happening, both you and your friend have firewalls enabled, but none of your other contacts.
