What do you mean by a "time card program"?

A program that employees can use to clock in and out, both when they come and when they leave and also when they change jobs numbers within the day.

Are you looking for something that interfaces with some form of ID, and thus has a fair amount of security attached to it, or are you just working off the honor system? The latter could be done with a spreadsheet, database/web interface, but probably easier using paper or sending an email somewhere. If you had someone that knew their way around SQL database, web design and server-side scripting, you could make something yourself and use some sort of personal password system, but unless this was integrated with a physical ID system it wouldn't be much more secure.

I am really looking for something with a login/ID for each employee. I don't even know if something like this exists really just a shot in the dark, and I figured that if anyone knew it would be people on this board.
