runtime library (moved)

when i try to click on the internet it says visual c plus plus runtime library and that the aplication requested thet the runtime to terminated what do i do? I have windows xp

Put a checkmark on Disable script debugging
Control Panel
Internet Options
Advanced(tab)

...and right underneath it make sure Display a notification about every script error is unchecked.
