I ADJUSTED MY MONITOR DISPLAY BUT SCREWED IT UP NOW I CANT SEE IT AFTER IT GETS PAST THE 'WINDOWS' INTRO. WHEN THE USER NAME WITH LITTLE PICTURE IS SUPPOSED TO COME UP..ITS JUST ALL BLUE...IF I CANT SEE TO LOG IN, HOW CAN I FIX IT?

I'm guessing but it sounds like your monitor driver.

Boot into safe mode and see if you can readjust it there. Safe mode should stop alot of drivers from loading up "display" and you might be able to adjust the screen then reboot back into normal mode and be all set.
