Increase S10 sensitivity to telephone signal

Hi:
Would like to increase S10 sensitivity to telephone signal so that when someone calls me my internet connection will be terminated.I don't want to answer call on internet or even know who called on desktop.On win95&win98 they have provision in preferences to increase sensitivity so incoming signal knocks you off.On win2k&winxp either you can't do it or I can't find it.Have dial-up.Motorola,data,fax&voice.HELP PLEASE!
