QDiag module/Gteko Ltd: is this needed ?

Hello everyone, i hope that i am asking this in the right place, but, what does this do, and do i need it for some reason.

the path that i show for this goes to sysytem32/qdiagh.ocx

the down load address for this activeX program on my pc shows /hpdj/,
i assume that means HP DeskJet printer ?

if so, is this what keeps trying to down load that apollo update program that doesnt work with the HP printer?

in short,,,,,,, can i get ride of this active X program ?

That is a Hewlett Packard driver file.
