On my pc all the media audio/video that is usually handled by windows media runs twice as fast? on kazaa as well. the only things that run normally is quicktime and realone, any ideas?

Hi BernardButler - welcome to CTH. Try updating your sound card driver from the manufacturers website and see if that helps.
