I have Win 2000 Pro. I have set up a VPN connection to a place I work. However, I want to run a 'Remote Desktop' on it (and I connect fine to the VPN), but I can't seem to find the application anywhere. I've looked at Add/Remove Win programs, but nothing is there. I've searched 'Help', but there is nothing in the index for a Remote Desktop. I've seen Remote Desktop on Win2000 computers, and I have one on another computer I have, which is XP. So, how do I create a Remote Desktop? Is this something I need to find online at Microsoft?
Thanks!!

Hi there

Remote Desktop is included with Windows XP Pro but it is not included with Windows 2000.

What you need is here.

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/tools/rdclientdl.mspx

This download allows Windows 2000 (and older versions of Windows) to remotley connect to Windows XP Pro with Remote Desktop enabled.

Good luck
