I received this email from a teenage daughter of a friend, who's computer I cleaned up from MULTIPLE viruses and spy/malware issues several months ago. I haven't heard of this happening before and was wondering if anyone could advise me.
"My computer is working perfectly fine, and all of the sudden last night (Friday) my mouse started acting weird. Every 5 min. or so, it will go down to the bottom where the blue thing is and like will move without me touching anything. The blue bar at the bottom will start flashing and then it takes 2 min. for me to be able to use my mouse again. Is there any way to fix this?"
