help with new hard drive

hi this is my first time here and i hope someone can help me,i have 3 hard drives in my computer and my master drive c is full i need o make one of my other drives a master i dont know how to do it and i have a new win 2000 disk to install on the other drive now i dont want to lose any thing on that drive how do i do it.i am sorry for being in he wrong place to post this.
