Hi I have something really strange going on. I have Windows 2000 and the Admin account works fine and one of the user accounts works fine too. However, there are two other accounts (all power users) that get a message:can not copy from ...Default User.WINNT to User Documents and Settings\"username" file is in use? I hope you can help. Thanks in advance.

Hi wheat welcome to cyberTechHelp.
Create new users and when rebooted and anything needed from the old
user settings is moved over, then delete the old user names.

Thanks! I had thought the same thing. So I had tried to delete the accounts and remake them but got the same error message about the files being in use. Maybe it would be different if I added them as different users? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Yes, do that.
