I recently purchased a digital piano with recording capabilities. I am able to save songs onto a Smart media Card on the piano, but when I put the card in the computer to play them, it says that it cannot play the file because it is a .CSR file. I have done some looking around on the internet for someway to change the file to something playable, but I have had no luck. The whole reason I purchased the piano was to be able to play the music on the computer and then burn it onto a CD. Can anyone help me?

I have no idea what a .csr file is.
What's the make/model of the piano?

I believe it might be a CSound (http://www.csounds.com/installing/howtowindows/) file.

If I'm not mistake those pianos have their own operating system and those SmartMedia cards are
meant for the piano only, for backup. Your suppose to download songs from casiosongs.com to a computer and
connect the computer to the piano via USB cable then move the songs over to the piano.
I can't see anything at Casio that mentions moving piano media to a computer.
"additional songs may be purchased and downloaded from casiosongs.com, then transferred from a PC to the piano via USB (http://www.casio.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=products.detail&catalog=§ion=&product=AP%2D80R)"
