Error -97

I can't open my calculator in my Apple Menu Menu? I keep getting error -97(open driver?)

I tried reinstalling my system software (clean install) but it still won't work?
I'm on the old v.OS v9.0

Can anyone recommend anything?? I am at my wit's end:dizzy:
