Unhappy No address bar

Ok i got a tool bar and couldnt get rid of it so i went to Tools->Manage Add-ons, and disabled everything. and i cant figure which one one or ones turn it back on

oh and by the way right clicking the toolbar all the options are grayed out with adress bar is unclicked

Disabling add-ons should not disable the Address Bar.

Have you tried a system restore to before the problem?
