issues

Sometimes i'll try and go to a website, and it refuses the connection, however I can connect fine to IRC networks, but not websites.. Until I restart, then it works fine, but about 24 hours after that it's all messed up again until I restart. I've tried ip release/renew, "repairing" the connection, nothing works.. no spyware/viruses.. any help?
