You've experienced one of the hazards of dual booting. The boot loader got installed to the wrong sector of the drive. Try this to correct the problem and get back to Windows;

If all else fails, you'll be faced with reinstalling Windows. I had this problem with a failed dual boot between Windows 2000 and Linux. After a few days of trying to get back to Windows I finally gave in and reinstalled Win 2K. I had backed up everything before hand so all I lost was time. But it was a lesson. I now have Linux installed to it's own harddrive.
