broWser takes foRever 2 Load and everythng gets sLow! HELP PLZZ!
Hi..
I am using IE 6 on winME. and my browser is very slow now a days, its takes forever to load a page, eeven if i click on the email on yahoo it takes a lotta time for the page to come up, on da bottom it says some weird pathways like //:ad.adlink.direct/yahoo.mail... da da da...shows like teher are other stuff running in da back ground. can someone help me pls to get my internet to speed it! ur help is highly appreciated! gracias!

Hi,
I take it your PC used to run faster right? Ok you need to do some housekeeping, delete your Temporary Internet files (Tools - Internet Options from IExplorer). You need to also run scan disk on your hard drive and finally run defrag. You should run scan disk and defrag on a weekly basis. Also, do you have any Spyware/Malware detection programs and if so have you ran them recently? Let me know if this helps (it should do)
