Invalid System Disk

I have an older dell using a BIOS revision A04 chip in my computer, I can't acsess BIOS.

Also when I turn on the computer a loading screen appears, it goes black and says the case has been removed recently, then it says invalid system disk. I used to beable to go into BIOS i tryed booting from the Hard Drive, and then I made a boot disk when I was installing Linux, but it still says invalid system disk. Could someone please help me? Im determined to fix this computer and finally have my own.

Has it been working? When clicking on F1 while booting you can't get to the BIOS?
