Go to Start/Accessories/Windows Explorer/My Computer/Local Drive C/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox/Defaults.....Check to see if Bookmarks is in that folder. If so, try doing an "Import" through the Files tab at the top of the Firefox browser.

If this isn't any good, you may have to try doing a System Restore to a point before the problem occurred.

No the bookmarks are not there.

you saying to do a system restore i don't think it will help because the bookmarks get lost every after like 4 or 5 days.

There must be some settings which deleting the old bookmarks.

Do you run a program that cleans out Temporary Internet Files? If not then this doesn't help, but if so, some of those programs have settings that can wipe clean all your favourite bookmarks............Or even in the Firefox Browesr there maybe such a setting, I'd check out the Firefox Tools/Options and have a good look around there.
