cannot access website

hi, I am having trouble accessing one website. I have no problem with any others that I regularly use. I purchased spyware doctor thinking there was something wrong with computer, but that hasn't helped. Some days I get a bit of access and other days just 'page cannot be displayed'. Can someone help?

p.s. I am not hugely computer literate!!

Could you post a link to the website for others to try viewing it?

If you are using any firewall such as Norton or Zone Alarm try temporarily disabling it.

Agreed. Also what Operating System are you using? If you have Win XP, have you downloaded Service Pack 2? You may have a new toolbar (just below your URL bar) which deals with popups etc, if you do then click the button that says 'pop-ups blocked' to allow them, see if that works.
Otherwise, try and lower your security settings: Tools - Internet Options - Security and choose to customise your Internet security settings to medium-low (click reset) then ok.

Thanks to everyone for replying.

Disabled firewall, allowed pop-ups, set security to medium low, updated win xp with service pack 2, then service pack 3.

Still no joy.

Am I doomed nevert to get access to this site again?

It stalls for ages opening and then goes to standard 'page cannot be displayed'.

Did you do this?

Do you have flash installed?
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/...ShockwaveFlash

Also try this link to the page (just to discount the flash being a problem)
http://www.deliaonline.com/contact-us.html

Lastly these are the people who designed and control the site
http://www.othermedia.com/
You could email them and tell them, chances are its not just you having a problem and they will be glad of the feedback.

Ok, I've been thinking about this.
Try this:
Start - Run type 'cmd'
Type in PING www.deliaonline.com
and pass the result back to me.
If this ping is succesful then still in the command line prompt type TRACERT www.deliaonline.com
and let me know if you get a failure at any point.
