iexplore.exe Won't Start!
Okay, for a few weeks now, everytime I try to open Internet Explorer, it won't open. It'll sort of load and the iexplore.exe process starts, but the IE Window won't open. Then after a few tries it will open. I tried to uninstall and reinstall through Add/Remove Windows Components but that didn't work. Also I found something on Microsoft's website and changed a value in the registry and now everytime I start up my computer it says "Internet Explorer has been removed from this computer. Would you like to clean up your preferences?" or something like that, but it still works.
