Angry communication corrupted - no ME cd
I can get online but cannot access internet pages or e-mail. I was told by ISP that communication files are corrupted. I went to add/remove, windows set up and, although, the dial-up is checked there is a 0.0 also.

Is there any download that can help as my computer did not come with any os cd.
