Question Netgear help

I have a net gear wireless card in my lap top but I cant open the pop up to turn on the connection, I click on it but it never comes up. I also have a smaller screen than the size of the moniter can anyone link me to some drivers to correct this problem?

cmd /k ipconfig/all [use to start ipconfig from 'Run']
cmd /k ping <some website, like google or yahoo> [use to ping 'www.google.com' from 'Run']
