For the past day or so I have not been able to permanently delete my eMail from my Trash folder in MSN. When I select "Empty" I get the confirmation box asking me if I am sure I want to permanently delete all messages in the folder. When I confirm that I do, I get another message box that reads: "The messages you have selected can not be moved or deleted. An unknown error has occurred."
I am, however able to delete them from the "In box" to the Trash folder.
Any ideas?

Is this setup in OE to your MSN/Hotmail account using HTTP server.
It may be that the MSN server is faulty, or that the mail is corrupted.
Goto the Webmail site and delete your mail from there.
Otherwise, give it a day to two and see if the problem corrects its self.

NO, it's separate.
I believe I might have corrupted a file called "folders.dbx." I am not, however to locate it, via the search command. Actually, I am not even sure that's the real problem.
I was wondering if anybody can tell me if I preform a repair/reinstall if that would replace any corrupted files in MSN Explorer

**PROBLEM RESOLVED**
(I removed myself as a user, via “Remove Users”, then immediately reactivated myself again using the same screen name. For whatever reason, all is good now)
Thanks for taking the time to review this.
