Can't you just burn the ISO file normally? Just double click it if Nero is the default program, otherwise, open Nero Express (or whatever you use) then click Open, navigate to the ISO file, and click Open. It (the image) should create a bootable CD.

You have to go in your BIOS and change the boot order in order to boot from a CD. See here for a list of keys to press to enter BIOS. Once in BIOS, find the setting (often under something like "Advanced Settings" that allows you to change the boot order. Just put your CD drive before your Hard Drive and it should work.

In Nero Express go to the Copy and Backup Icon then select "Burn Image to Disk". Nero will take you through the steps to create the bootable image. Just creating a bootable CD will not do it.
