No Network Connection

This is the Scenario

I have DSL with a office network, the dsl modem is connected to a Router, and 3 computers are connected to it.

All computers have the Ip address assigned by the router.
Example: 192.168.2.6
The main router's ip is : 192.168.2.1

But i have one computer that do not detect the real Ip, is detecting another Ip , seems to be the Ip of the DSL moden , even when this computer is connected directly to on of the router ports in the back.
I try delete the Nic Card on the computer, restart , the nic card was automaticly detected , ando try again to connect to the internet/network and do not work.

I install a sencond Nic Card , and happend the same thing.
Try to make a system restore to a past date , NO work.

I try to assign the Ip Manually using this configuration:

IP: 192.168.2.5
Subnetmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.2.1
DNSL: 192.168.2.1

And with this config still NOT working.

The computer was working with no problems, since we hace a BlackOut wen i turn it on, i can not access the internet/network.

Does any one have an idea what will be?

Have you reset the router since the blackout? Did you install the new network card into the same slot as the old one or is the old one onboard? If you go to a command promt and type ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew what will happen?
