Hi
I'm a newbie to this site. I do hope that somebody can help me. When I right click on a photo attachment in an email it asks which programme to open it with. (It used to do this automatically!) when I click Locate and then find Adobe Photoshop and click OK it comes up with the error message,
"cannot find blank.exe. "
I do not understand what I am meant to do OR why this has happened. I have not had any viruses and I am using Norton Symantec which I update practically daily. I am a broadband user.

I would suggest that you read all of the sticks in the cybersafety forum and then post a Hijack This log for the experts to analysis. Follow this link to that forum;

Sounds like you may have some malware onboard.
