Post Blocking email addresses

I am trying to block a user from emailing me. How can I block them so they get a message that they are being blocked. Do I do this on the exchange server? Outlook 2000 is my email.

Thanks for your time

I just now had this whole tutorial typed out, but then I found this article. The article says to not use Word as the email editor: disable it in Tools->Options->Mail Format. Enjoy!

Forgot to add something that I had already typed out before I found the article: edit the rule so that it replies AND then deletes the message. Technically that's not blocking it, but it's close enough.

Funny because I was typing in my last reply that I tried to delete the message after I had it send the message and I tested it with another user and it didn't work. I sent her a email and I was blocked and deleted and I didn't get the blocked message. You know what I mean?

Under the rule conditions part, instead of selecting "Sent only to me" like in the article, select "From people or distribution list", and for it, select the address of the person to block from your contacts. Try it with another one of your own addresses first to see if it works.
