I need help with toolbar

My cat messed up the toolbar at the bottom of my screen now it is half the size of my screen and I can not get it back to where it shood be.

Have you tried placing the mouse cursor over the top edge until it turns into a double-arrow.. Left click and then dragging it down to size??

I got it to move over to the right side but still do not know how to move it back down to the bottom of the screen it is about a inch and a quater wide and thanks for the help that you gave me.

Left click and hold anywhere on the taskbar.. Now, just drag it to the bottom..

Thanks Murry for the help with the toolbar I was finely able to get it to where it needed to be but now I have something else happening that I dont know about, I am running galaxies41a as a screensaver but it wants to how would you say flash between screensaver and wallpaper would you know what is making this happen? Any help with one?

Check your screen saver settings and see what you have it set on for minutes to come on. Right click on desktop/properties/screen saver
